TRX Rows
This exercise aims to work the muscles of the back and biceps and mimics bent over rows that you may do with free weights or a barbell. As with most TRX exercises, this one can also be made more difficult by lowering yourself closer to the floor or easy by coming into a more upright position.

Step One

Secure TRX System on top of door, over a bar or a strong tree branch

Start to lean back, holding the TRX straps

Go as low as your strength will allow

Extend arms
-
Maintain straight line from shoulders, through hips to knees
Step Two
-
Start to pull body upward

Elbows go back behind, close to body

Squeeze shoulder blades to activate back muscles
